Client Care Representative (CCR) – Customer Service & SalesMy Pest Pros, a growing, family-owned pest control company serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our Vienna, VA, office.Our CCRs are at the center of our client experience and daily operations. You'll answer calls, help clients solve problems, schedule and coordinate services, follow up on open requests and proposals, maintain accurate account information, and help new clients choose the right pest-control services.This role combines customer service, sales, and account follow-through.
