Solutions Lead - Presales (Google Cloud & AI)

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end presales solutioning for strategic Cloud, Data, AI, and Gen AI opportunities. The ideal candidate will own solution architecture, engage with clients and CXOs, lead technical deal pursuits, develop winning proposals, and design scalable business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning for large deals, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Design Google Cloud, Data, AI, and Gen AI-based solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Partner with sales, architects, and delivery teams to build winning solution strategies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and influence client decision-making through consultative discussions.
• Create compelling value propositions, technical narratives, and executive presentations.

Desired Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Solutioning.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Architecture, Data & AI.
• Experience in AI/Gen AI solution design and large deal pursuits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and CXO engagement skills.
