Manufacturing EV Automotive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end plant operations & production
• Drive productivity, quality, cost & capacity
• Manage plant P&L, CAPEX & OPEX
• Drive Lean Manufacturing & operational excellence
• Lead production, quality, engineering & maintenance teams
IDEAL PROFILE
• Strong Plant Operations / Manufacturing leadership experience
• Automotive / EV / Vehicle manufacturing background preferred
• Expertise in Lean, productivity & cost optimization
• Strong people & stakeholder management skills
