What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownership of assigned general ledger accounts, including accruals, prepaid expenses, and vendor rebates.
• Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules as part of the monthly close process.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and prepare reporting for senior management.
• Partner with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance reporting, and improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to modernize accounting workflows.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and an interest in technology-driven process improvements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a growing organization.
