This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, planning engaging events, and building meaningful connections. You will play a key role in making our spaces more than just places to stay — turning them into thriving communities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute engaging community events, game nights, workshops, celebrations, and networking sessions Create fun and meaningful resident engagement initiatives Build strong relationships with residents and foster a sense of belonging Drive onboarding experiences for new residents and help them settle into the community Collaborate with local brands, creators, and partners for exciting events and perks Support content creation for social media and community communication channels
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or related fields 0 - 3 years of experience in events, community building, hospitality, marketing, or engagement roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with strong execution abilities Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in dynamic environments
