Project Superintendent

Project SuperintendentCommercial General Contractor located in Charlotte is currently seeking a construction superintendent.Responsibilities:· Work with project manager and owner to help maintain project schedule, on site safety, and scheduling subcontractors.· Projects will consist of restaurants, office, retail, MOB, warehouse, ground up construction including upfits· Ability to read drawings and review shop drawings· Good communicator and good work ethic· Complete daily reports, weekly updates· Communicate with owners and architects while providing project updates, concerns, changes.Qualifications:· Ability to utilize microsoft office· Willing to self motivate.
