Parul Institute of Design (PID) is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Department (HOD) – Visual Communication .

If you are someone who aspires to lead the discipline of Visual Communication, inspire young designers, explore new possibilities, and bring bold ideas to life, this role is for you.

We are looking for a leader who is not afraid to take risks, enjoys collaborating with the team, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

As an HOD, you will provide strategic direction, drive academic excellence, and oversee the smooth functioning of the Visual Communication department while nurturing innovation, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Eligibility: As per UGC norms. Candidates with a Master’s in Design/Visual Communication or a PhD and a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in Visual Communication or related design disciplines , including experience in online or blended learning, will be preferred.
