Community DRR: Gender, Inclusion & Youth Lead

Act International is seeking a Gender & Inclusion Officer to mainstream gender equality, disability inclusion and safeguarding across a disaster risk reduction initiative in South Punjab. The role focuses on women and marginalized groups, youth-led approaches and community empowerment.

You will lead gender analyses, design inclusive DRR activities, train staff and partners, monitor indicators and ensure meaningful participation in community structures with strong reporting on outcomes.
