Nursing Shift Supervisor Department: Leadership Location: Newark Wayne Hospital & Clifton Springs Hospital Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule: Days, Evenings, Nights, every other weekend and holiday SUMMARY: The Nursing Shift Supervisor is a Nursing Leader who serves as a resource for problem solving, provides clinical expertise, facilitates staff mentoring and coaching, facilitates patient flow during the off shifts (typically, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides on-site leadership and oversight during off-shifts in hospital or long-term care settings, managing patient care delivery, staffing, and emergent situations in the absence of onsite management.
