Location: Pune
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days/week
Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs
Employment: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally Provide accurate product/service information Maintain customer interaction records Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution Meet quality and performance targetsFreshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply!
