Position: Manager – Special Accounts (On Premise) - Pune

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand presence across high-end bars, premium restaurants, starred hotels, clubs, and other prestigious on-premise venues.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and manage relationships with premium on-premise accounts

✔ Drive distribution, visibility, and sales growth across key outlets

✔ Execute sales and promotional strategies to increase market share

✔ Plan and deliver impactful brand activations and consumer engagement programs

✔ Train and educate bartenders, servers, and venue teams on our brands

✔ Track industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences

✔ Analyze sales performance and provide actionable market insights

What We're Looking For:

✅ Strong experience in the Alcobev industry

✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

✅ Passion for premium brands and consumer experiences

✅ Willingness to travel extensively and work during events and late evenings when required
