Job Description: Senior Java Backend Developer (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, AWS) Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Candidates serving up to 30 days notice preferred Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, RESTful Services, AWS, and Oracle Database. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications in a microservices-based architecture. The role requires hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Build scalable Microservices and RESTful APIs for high-volume transactional systems. Develop and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka. Design and optimize database solutions using Oracle Database. Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud platforms. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and drive performance optimization initiatives. Participate in solution design discussions and technical decision-making. Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives. Experience working in BFSI domain projects is preferred. Educational Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
