Using AI, it helps learners improve their grammar, pronunciation, and fluency faster, making English communication more effective and accessible. With 1 Cr+ downloads and backed by Y Combinator (YC), My Sivi is making personalised English learning accessible to millions of learners.

Location: In-office, HSR layout

What will you do?

● Own and grow My Sivi’s social media presence end-to-end

● Build and scale regional language pages in collaboration with internal teams

● Develop and scale IP-led content pages with creators (repeatable, high-performing

formats)

● Manage and execute in-house influencer marketing initiatives

● Leverage AI tools to increase content velocity and operate at scale

● Plan and execute growth strategies with clear KPIs and a practical roadmap

● Drive distribution-first thinking-identify and execute growth hacks beyond just content

creation

● Explore and experiment with international content distribution strategies (good to

have)

What do we need?

● Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems

● Experience managing or scaling social media pages is a plus

● Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus

● Analytical mindset-comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration

● High ownership, speed, and execution ability

● Great energy and fun to work with
