We are seeking an experienced Transportation Analyst to support routing, transportation, and fleet optimization within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role will be responsible for analyzing route performance, supporting daily transportation execution, and identifying opportunities to improve fleet utilization, delivery efficiency, and transportation costs. The ideal candidate brings strong transportation or logistics experience, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, procurement, sales, and other key stakeholders.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:5+ years of transportation, logistics, routing, fleet, or distribution experience preferredMonitor and analyze daily routing and delivery performance across multiple locationsIdentify opportunities to improve route productivity, mileage, drive time, fuel usage, and fleet utilizationAnalyze transportation KPIs including route adherence, on-time delivery, cost per mile, and overall delivery performanceSupport route optimization, rerouting, territory realignments, and other transportation improvement initiatives xzbcwsv Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales teams to address routing challenges and service disruptionsUtilize routing and fleet management technology to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain transportation reporting, dashboards, and performance metricsExperience with routing or transportation management systems required
