Job Title: Acquisition AnalystJob Category: ConsultingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local* * *The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Product Manager Office at Fort Belvoir, VA.  You will develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans and other acquisition documents, and coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases. Secret clearance is required.Responsibilities:Execute acquisition management across an entire product linePrepare, configures and staffs all Milestone documentationAssist with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting CommandParticipate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluationsParticipate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrationsAssist in providing contract oversight for assigned productsMaintain and manage the program budget and master scheduleIdentify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffsLead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army SustainmentWork with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcomeMaintain configuration controlPrepares plans for product risk mitigationPerforms acquisition planning tasksQualifications:Required: Secret clearanceBachelor's Degree and >12 Years experienceAcquisition career specialization aligned to duty assignment (i.e. Program Management, Contracting, Logistics)Knowledge and demonstrated skills in: Managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office, Product Life Cycle Management, Project Team Management, Preparing Acquisition and Contracting documents (to include J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI , Defense Acquisition System JCIDSDesired:Product Manager Office  Previous experience supporting an Army Program, Project, orBachelor's degree and 18 years of experience-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
