POSITION PURPOSE This position is responsible for the owner’s representation and construction management of projects within the CSM real estate portfolio. Responsible for the successful delivery and completion of tenant improvements, capital improvement projects, maintenance/repair projects, and construction management of commercial and residential construction projects. Responsible for all project phases starting with preliminary design through project close out.
