Job Description
CLIENT : One of the largest and most premium entertainment company looking for MIS & Project Coordinator for multiple projects.
Role Purpose
The MIS & Project Coordinator will be the central corporate-level coordination and monitoring point for pan-India renovation, refurbishment, fit-out and related projects.
The role will be responsible for establishing strong visibility and control over the cost, budget, BOQ, project progress, fund utilization, commitments and timelines across multiple projects and locations.
Key Drivers:
- Consolidate project data received from regional project teams, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, analyse the information and provide accurate, timely and decision-oriented MIS, dashboards and management presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure that projects remain within approved budgets, funds are appropriately allocated and utilized, cost overruns are identified early, and there is minimal/no financial spillover between projects.
- Develop dashboards using Excel / Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools.
- Maintain and monitor project-wise BOQs, approved quantities, rates and values.
- Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations for senior management / leadership reviews.
Incumbent Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech. Civil Engineering, Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel/ PowerPoint/ Power BI.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in project MIS, project controls, planning, QS, cost control or project coordination.
- Experience in construction, real estate, retail, hospitality, commercial fit-outs, malls, cinemas or other multi-location projects.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 12 LPA
