The firm offers a professional environment focused on accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Vadodara. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate books of accounts, posting journal entries, reconciling bank and ledger balances, and preparing financial statements. Daily activities include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, supporting payroll calculations, and ensuring timely tax compliance and statutory filings. The role also involves assisting with management reports, supporting audits, responding to client queries, and collaborating with senior team members to improve financial processes. The Accountant is expected to work closely with colleagues and clients, uphold professional standards, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Strong skills in general accounting, ledger management, and financial statement preparation. Proficiency in taxation, statutory compliance, and familiarity with payroll processing. Ability to use accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a high level of accuracy in data handling. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; CA/Inter CA or MBA (Finance) is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple deadlines. Prior experience in an accounting firm or corporate finance environment is preferred.
