Job Overview
A law firm seeks a 3rd or 4th year litigation associate to join its expanding Chicago team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-stakes disputes with significant early responsibility. Duties
Manage and litigate high-stakes disputes, taking on substantial responsibility early in the career.Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, and prepare for trial proceedings.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and resolve complex legal issues.
Requirements
Must be a current member of the Illinois bar.Outstanding academic credentials and strong writing and oral advocacy skills.Drive to apply legal skills immediately in a fast-paced litigation environment.Current judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois.
