Must Have:

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to understand client goals, risk profiles, and drive portfolio discussions
• Regulatory and process discipline
• The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM - Investment Advisor - Level XA & XB
• Strong learning mindset and long-term aspiration to grow into a Wealth Manager, with good understanding of Indian equity and debt markets
• AUM to be greater than 10 cr
• Preferred Certification: The candidate should obtain certification of the NISM - Investment Advisor - Level XA & XB
