Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a Saleroom Assistant to join our auctioneer client near Cirencester, GL7.

Permanent
Up to £27,000 d.o.e
Monday-Friday 09:30 - 17:30
Increasing holiday entitlement for length of service
2 weeks off over festive period, paid
About the Saleroom Assistant job
Unload, unpack and sort incoming items
Carefully pack and prepare sold items for collection or delivery to purchasers
Collect and prepare items for cataloguing, laying out and setting up sale rooms on auction days
Assist customers with collection incoming and outgoing items as well as viewing items
Drive company van to collect and deliver items from across the UK
Ensure security on auction days as well as being a part of phone and internet banking
The right Saleroom Assistant candidate
Proven customer service skills
Ability to perform manual handling tasks on a regular basis
Full UK Driving licence
Willingness to learn while supporting xrexnqw multiple departments with in a team environment
Excellent communicator with internal staff and customers both face to face and over the phone
