Job Description:

Technoxarc Design and Build is looking for a confident and creative Content Creator / Social Media Executive to create, edit, and publish engaging content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, using their own face and voice to present our projects, explain our services, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and create short-form videos that help promote our design and construction work.

Responsibilities:

• Appear on camera to shoot social media videos for Technoxarc Design and Build
• Visit project sites to record videos, reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content
• Present our design, construction, renovation, and project updates in a clear and confident way
• Plan creative video ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Edit videos with captions, music, transitions, branding, and basic graphics
• Write captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
• Upload and schedule content across social media platforms
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content formats
• Coordinate with the team to capture ongoing projects, completed work, client testimonials, and site progress
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional image for the company

Requirements:

• Comfortable showing face and speaking on camera
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media
• Basic video editing skills using apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to visit project sites when required
• Knowledge of construction, interior design, architecture, or real estate content is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and able to meet posting deadlines

• Script writing for short videos

• Trend research and content planning
• Basic graphic design skills
• Paid ads knowledge is a plus
