The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor Proven ability to lead large teams and successfully manage subcontractor performance Stable career history with strong tenure and professional career progression Experience delivering ground-up construction projects from excavation through closeout Professional, client-facing leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Annual salary between USD 95.000 and USD 125.000.
