Experienced BIM Architect

Studio BE is a growing architecture start-up supporting a team of architects working on projects across Belgium.

Our portfolio includes new construction and renovation projects, from single-family homes and apartments to industrial and non-residential buildings.

We are looking for an experienced Architect who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and help lead our growing team in Noida.

You will:

• Manage and coordinate the Noida office and support the growing team
• Develop and coordinate architectural project files
• Translate designs into clear, technically accurate drawings
• Work on projects from design development through construction
• Prepare quantities and Bills of Quantities
• Support design development when needed
• Help develop and improve our Revit/BIM environment
• Work according to Belgian standards and building practices

• Minimum 4 years of professional architectural experience with minimum 3 years of hands-on BIM/Revit experience
• Strong ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Excellent attention to detail while keeping an overview of the project
• Leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a growing team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A critical eye for your own work and the work of others
• Flexible, proactive and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with European/Belgian architectural standards
• A genuine interest in developing your skills and taking on responsibility
