About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Client Servicing to manage B2B client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with B2B clients.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
• Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups, feedback, and project updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and multiple client requirements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactively address client queries and resolve issues through effective coordination.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in B2B client servicing / account management.
• B2B industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in B2B marketing, or related industries is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in handling clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to travel as required.
