MI Analyst - Banking

b Overview /b p In this MI Analyst role you will develop and support BI systems, with a focus on Hyperion technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions and bank-facing analytics. The position involves Eximbills administration, project management for implementations, and ensuring production stability. You’ll contribute to finance-related analysis and system improvements that drive operational efficiency and risk management in a banking context. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and support BI systems, emphasizing Hyperion Workspace 9.3.0.1 /li li Develop applications in OLAP environments using Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase /li li Install/update and maintain Eximbills and related systems /li li Train users on Eximbills and related systems /li li Project manage Eximbills implementations and upgrades /li li Prepare documentation for new and existing systems /li li Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed /li li Provide production support and maintain business continuity /li li Possess experience in Trade Finance/Payments analysis /li li Engage with PC/ISeries/Banking environment knowledge /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong Hyperion experience (Workspace, Planning, Essbase) /li li SQL Server and SSIS experience /li li 2+ years in Eximbills toolkit /li li Experience with Misys Equation Banking system modules /li li Exposure to Banking/Financial environment /li li PC development platforms and ISeries environment knowledge /li li Second European language desirable /li li Business analysis capability to translate needs into BI solutions /li /ul ul li problem solving /li li initiative /li li training and knowledge transfer /li li Hyperion Workspace 9.3.0.1 /li li Hyperion Planning 11.1.1.2 /li li Hyperion Essbase /li /ul
