Script Writer

We're looking for a Script Writer who understands how to write content that doesn't just sound good—but converts. Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of experience working at a performance marketing agency/company. - Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer psychology, and writing scripts for different stages of the buyer journey. - Experience writing UGC ads, direct-response video ads, and short-form performance creatives. - Must share a portfolio/work samples of previous scripts for review. - Selected candidates will complete a test task to evaluate their writing style, strategic thinking, and ability to follow briefs. What we're looking for: - Ability to write in a natural, human-first voice that feels authentic and conversational—not AI-generated or robotic. - Strong research ski
