By tackling various aspects of jobsite safety, we empower organizations to strengthen their safety protocols, improve operational efficiency, and foster a culture of safety across all locations. <b>The Contribution You’ll bring to this Role:</b> As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines — supervising the installation, inspection, and repair of oil containment liner systems at customer job sites across the U.S. You’ll oversee crews working with vinyl, aluminum, steel, foam, and polymer materials, ensuring each project is completed according to our high safety and quality standards. Your leadership will help ensure projects stay on track, compliant, and meet customer expectations. In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, setting the stage for your career to soar! This role is your gateway to opportunities for advancement, with the potential to grow within the organization in 3-5 years as you make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals. <b>What You’ll Do at Justrite:</b> * Travel to customer job sites within the United States to assist customers with the install of oil containment liners. </p><ul><li>On-the-road travel at least 99% of the time Monday – Friday.</li><li>Ability to read and understand project drawings to supervise/ perform</li></ul> installation of Oil Containment Liners and accessories. * Use hand and power tools required to perform the job but not limited to; hammers, tape measures, utility knives, framing square, hand rollers, heat gun and edging tools. <ul><li>Work with materials such as vinyl, foam, aluminum, steel, and polymer.</li><li>Complete inspections and conduct repairs if needed.</li><li>Communicate project progress, site conditions, equipment problems, etc. to</li></ul> the Site Services Coordinator. <ul><li>Enforce compliance with written installation guidelines.</li><li>Timely submittals of timesheets, expenses, and additional site installation</li></ul> reports. <b>Your Skills and Expertise:</b> To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the <b>following qualifications at a minimum:</b> <ul><li>A positive, can-do attitude and desire to grow with the company</li><li>Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively</li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs., use ladders, and perform physical work outdoors for</li></ul> long periods * Ability and willingness to travel at least 99% of the time Monday – Friday. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role <b>include:</b> * Previous experience in construction, roofing, liner install, or HVAC preferred (but not required) <b>Compensation:</b> This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22, based on experience and qualifications. Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance.
