Responsibilities of the role:
Lead SAP FSCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Conduct system design workshops, fit-gap analysis, and blueprint sessions. Provide production support and resolve application issues within agreed SLAs. Configure and support SAP FSCM Credit Management. Define credit control areas, risk categories, scoring models, and credit rules. Manage credit checks and credit exposure monitoring. Support automated credit decision processes.Details
