The Guest Services Team Member is expected to provide excellent customer service to all visitors and always displays a vast amount of knowledge of the facility's programs and offerings.Primary Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To The FollowingGreet guests and provide information, wayfinding, & courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guestsRegister guests and process payments for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-in, etc.Be knowledgeable about facility programs (format, pricing, meeting dates/times)Operate ticket sales booth and handle cashMaintain confidentiality and discretion with guest and Team Member informationProfessionally resolve guest concerns and complaints and/or direct to appropriate ManagerKnow and enforce the venue policies and proceduresFacilitate the use and maintenance of kiosks and POSMaintain a clean space and perform regular walk-throughs to ensure venue cleanlinessComplete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentCustomer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick studyMust be at least 16 years of ageWorking Conditions And Physical DemandsMust be able to lift 20 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
