SAP HANA Program Manager Fulltime Remote
At least 13 years of overall professional experience, working with large IT ERP programs.At least 13 years of SAP engagement and project management experience.Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plusHands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs requiredExperience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and deliveryShould have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk. xzbcwsv Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change managementExperience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIsExperience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plusExperience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plusExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsProfessional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
