We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records and follow up with potential clients.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably real estate.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with a proven sales mindset.
• Excellent client relationship and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
