About the Role

As the Regional Manager – Outreach, you will be the face of VU across leading K12 schools in the region. You will build strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, study-abroad advisors, and other key stakeholders, while driving workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and other student engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to strengthen the student journey, leverage CRM and data insights, and achieve regional enrolment objectives.

Responsibilities

Represent Vidyashilp University across leading K12 schools in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Plan and execute school visits, workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and student engagement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, career advisors, and study-abroad consultants. Develop and execute regional outreach strategies aligned with enrolment objectives. Track outreach activities, leads, conversions, and engagement through CRM and data-driven reporting. Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience. Identify new school partnerships and opportunities to strengthen VU's presence across the region. Represent the University at relevant education fairs, conferences, and outreach events.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education outreach, admissions, student recruitment, or education marketing. Experience working with IB and CAIE schools will be highly preferred. Strong understanding of the K12 school ecosystem and student counselling landscape. Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Required Skills

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Strong communication and public-speaking abilities. Strategic thinking with strong execution skills. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, data dashboards, and reporting. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong ownership, follow-through, and target orientation.

Preferred Skills

Experience engaging with IB/CAIE schools and counsellors. Prior experience as a student counsellor, school counsellor, or education consultant. Experience with prominent study-abroad organisations or higher education institutions.
