Freelance Content Developer – Mentor Match Mentor Match, an online tutoring platform, is looking for freelance content developers to create high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning content for students in British. We're hiring subject-wise, so you can apply for the subject and grade band that matches your expertise. Open Positions (one developer per subject): Physics – Grades 6–12 (British) Chemistry – Grades 6–12 (British) Biology – Grades 6–12 (British) Key Responsibilities: Develop lesson content, worksheets, assessments, and practice material aligned to the specific curriculum and grade level Adapt content to the standards, terminology, and assessment styles of each board (CBSE, British, American, IB) Ensure accuracy, age-appropriateness, and consistency across all deliverables Organize and maintain content trackers and deliverables in Excel Work closely with the internal team, incorporate feedback, and revise content quickly Meet agreed timelines and quality benchmarks consistently Requirements: Strong subject knowledge in the relevant subject and grade band Prior experience in content development, teaching, or curriculum design preferred Good working knowledge of technology and strong Excel skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong written communication and attention to detail Effectively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar large language models) to accelerate content creation, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, curriculum alignment, and educational quality.
