Lead Revenue Accountant

Owning the order-to-cash process, the full-time Lead Revenue Accountant will manage invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Key responsibilities Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms Manage the revenue recognition process, including monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting Lead new billing and revenue system implementations while creating automation workflows to enhance efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in billing, accounts receivable, and revenue accounting at a high-growth SaaS company Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles Experience building and utilizing automations for process improvement Familiarity with NetSuite and modern billing and collections systems
