You will join the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, driving operational excellence, planning rigor, and governance across regions, partnering with TA leadership, HR, Finance, and IT to translate demand into scalable hiring operations.

You will leverage Workday Recruiting, Alteryx and Power BI to strengthen visibility, improve planning accuracy, standardize processes, and deliver actionable
