*University Degree or equivalent that requires formal studies of English language and basic math. *Ability to independently comprehend and communicate in English verbally and in writing. * Experience of auditing Healthcare claims *Typing speed >30 WPM with accuracy rate >95% *Good analytical ability to follow instructions, clearly defined guidelines. *Should be able to identify urgency and prioritize work and adhere to timelines. *Ability to read and understand process SOPs, documents and follow instructions. *Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred, although not a mandate *Ability to proactively identify process improvement ideas. *Focus on quality standards. *Fast learner (both process & systems)
