Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Banking Operations team. In this role, you'll support Investor Services clients by handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving account inquiries, processing transactions, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This is a 6+ month contract that is fully onsite to downtown Chicago. RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a fast-paced contact center environment Research and resolve account-related inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Process banking transactions including ACH transfers, wire transfers, stop payments, and account maintenance Document client interactions and resolutions within CRM systems Provide accurate information on banking products and services Collaborate with team members while effectively managing work independently QUALIFICATIONS: 1+ year of experience within banking, financial services, or a financial institution 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment Knowledge of ACH transactions, wire transfers, investments, redemptions, and banking terminology Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and thrive in a dynamic environment Benefits Featured Medical, Dental , and Vision Insurance is offered to qualified candidates.
