  • Handle QA inspection instruments, measuring equipment and gauges effectively.
  • Ensure quality control of machined components/products as per defined standards.
  • Have strong knowledge of SPC, MSA and Core Quality Tools.
  • Independently manage quality activities during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and TQM requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering and other functions for quality improvement.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in machining is mandatory.
