Venue Transform specializes in luxury interior transformations for banquet halls, wedding

venues, restaurants, ballrooms, and event spaces across the United States.

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to help manage leads, coordinate

projects, and support client communication from inquiry to project completion.

About the Role

As a Remote Interior Venue Coordinator, you'll play a key role in turning inquiries into

successful projects. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from their

initial consultation through project coordination while working closely with our design and

installation teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates

confidently with clients, stays highly organized, and takes ownership of multiple projects from

start to finish. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy combining client relationship

management with project coordination, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads

• Conduct discovery calls with venue owners

• Follow up on proposals and move opportunities forward

• Coordinate between clients, designers, and installation teams

• Track project timelines, updates, and deliverables

• Maintain CRM records and project documentation

• Assist with sourcing, order tracking, and logistics

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong organization and follow-up abilities

• Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, or operations

• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Whats App

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Preferred

• Experience in interiors, construction, hospitality, events, or venue management

• Previous client-facing or project coordination experience
