About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive who will be responsible for BOQ preparation, costing, and project coordination for interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment .

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotations
• Perform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projects
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
• Ensure alignment between design plans and project costing
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing and material details
• Track project costs and support in cost control and optimization
• Assist in project planning and execution support
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimates

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveying
• Age below 32 years
• Background in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparation
• Experience in residential interior projects
• Good understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflow
• Strong analytical and communication skills
