TYG is representing an established architecture practice looking to appoint a Market Director to support the continued growth of its Tampa market. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect with 15+ years of industry experience who can combine strong project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management to help drive the next stage of the firm's growth.
About the role:Lead project delivery and operational performance across.Oversee teams delivering projects, ensuring design quality, technical excellence, and successful project outcomes.Build and strengthen relationships with school districts, universities, independent schools, and other key clients.Support business development through client engagement, proposals, project pursuits, and presentations.Manage project financials, resource planning, budgets, and overall portfolio performance.Mentor and develop teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Identify growth opportunities and strengthen the firm's presence across Tampa and the wider Florida market.
Requirements:15+ years of professional experience in architecture.Bachelor's degree in ArchitectureRegistered Architect (RA)
