Senior Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a confident, polished, and results-driven real estate professional to represent our company and expand our sales and channel-partner network across Delhi and Delhi-NCR.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong professional presence who can independently visit channel-partner offices, conduct effective business meetings, communicate our offerings with credibility, and build long-term relationships that generate business.

Property segments: Plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouses.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end real estate sales and achieve business targets
• Identify, develop, onboard, and manage channel partners and brokers
• Visit channel-partner offices and represent the company professionally
• Conduct impactful meetings, present company offerings clearly, and build trust with brokers and partners
• Generate leads, arrange site visits, negotiate, and close transactions
• Expand broker and referral networks across Delhi and Delhi-NCR, based on relevant market coverage
• Maintain lead, client, and partner data using basic computer tools and CRM systems

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 5-6 years of pure real estate sales experience
• A strong, confident personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience in channel-partner development and broker relationship management
• Strong network across Delhi and/or Delhi-NCR
• Ability to travel locally for partner meetings and business development
• Knowledge of plots, residential, commercial, and farmhouse transactions is preferred
• Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools, and basic technology
• Available to join immediately
• Preference for candidates residing near Pitampura or within convenient travelling distance
