Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects. The role includes preparing and delivering client presentations, maintaining project documentation, and monitoring progress to meet agreed timelines and expectations. The Client Servicing Executive will handle basic account management activities, support campaign planning and execution, and proactively address client queries or concerns to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Client Services and Client Relations to manage expectations and build strong, ongoing partnerships.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service to respond promptly, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to oversee project deliverables, timelines, and coordination with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in creating and delivering Presentations to clearly communicate strategies, proposals, and results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative, production, and marketing teams.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and project follow-up.
• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or agency environments is an advantage.
• Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
