Location: Mumbai

CTC: Upto 10 LPA

Shift : US Shift

Job Description:-

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Must-have:

• 2+ years current US Mortgage Underwriting experience
• Strong Non-QM + DSCR underwriting experience
• Experience with DSCR calculations
• Alternative income/documentation: Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, ITIN, 1099, P&L Only
• Knowledge of investor/secondary-market guidelines
• Exposure to DU / LP
• Graduate in any discipline
• Willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai

Good-to-have:

• ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, HOEPA knowledge
• Manual underwriting
• Post-closing/audit experience
• Experience handling complex income, credit, asset and collateral analysis
