Designation - Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager Sales

Salary - Upto 5.5 LPA + Unlimited Incentives + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and existing members.
• Meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and present membership plans.
• Conduct sales presentations, handle objections, and close deals.
• Support new members with their first holiday booking and generate referrals.
• Maintain daily sales activity reports and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Direct Sales, Field Sales, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, Hospitality, or other high-value product sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible with rotational week-offs
