Dynovas is a small business that will provide aspiring technology and industry leaders an opportunity to learn and be involved in all aspects of technology development and entrepreneurship. As an Engineer II, one will collaborate with and report to company Principal Engineers or Program Managers and be mentored by company leadership.
Specific tasks as a Mechanical, Structures, Materials, or similar Engineer II will include leading and executing the design, manufacturing, and testing of composite and metallic structures; building and operating prototypes; iterating on prototype designs for optimal performance; and developing improvements to additive manufacturing processes that will enhance aerospace mission capabilities.An Engineer II will lead development efforts within a strong-team based environment across development and production programs. xzbcwsv A strong Engineer II candidate will be already be proficient in Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), controls and automation, prototype builds and operation, testing and data analysis, customer interactions, and/or marketing and business development.Candidate Qualification Requirements:4-year degree in mechanical, structures, materials, or equivalent science/engineering program2+ years of experience in a related fieldDesire to solve problems independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office productsProficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) modelingProficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Experience in prototype manufacturing, testing, and evaluationMotivated to “Grow your Best”Candidate Qualification Desires:Active (or previously active) with engineering clubs specifically in robotics, composites, structures, rocketeering, etc.Experience designing mechanical systemsComposites manufacturing experienceJob Benefits:Collaborate with experts in composite structures, mechanical systems, and innovative designCollaborate with successful entrepreneurs on how to start, build, and grow a companyDeliver hardware and ideas directly to NASA and the Department of DefenseWork from home program (if eligible)Eligible for profit sharing3% Safe Harbor 401k9/80 work scheduleSalary: $95k to $115k
