Zillow Group is seeking an HR Generalist to act as a bridge between Employee Service Center operations and HR Business Partners. You will take in, sort and resolve routine but nuanced HR work, including coaching managers, handling performance management, annual reviews, and various projects across multiple areas.

You will get to partner with HRBPs to execute people and talent strategies, ensure end-to-end case handling, and stay aligned with business context through meetings and forums.
