The solution leverages data analytics and automation to improve visibility across the supply chain, enhance sales productivity, and support informed business decisions in both urban and rural markets. About Role: Looking for energetic professionals from the FMCG background who are passionate about customer success, implementation, client handling, and solving business challenges in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Role: Growth Consultant – Customer Success Industry Preference: FMCG / Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain Experience: 6 months to 3 years Work Type: Client-facing | Product Implementation | Customer Success Key Responsibilities: • End-to-end implementation and onboarding of SaaS products • Understanding customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams • Handling master data, reports, troubleshooting, and UAT support • Client communication and stakeholder management • Driving user adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction post go-live • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing solutions to customers • Building strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and business growth ✅ We are looking for candidates with: • Strong communication & documentation skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel • Understanding of FMCG business processes • High ownership mindset and willingness to work in a startup environment • SaaS onboarding/support experience is an added advantage
