Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Smart City and digital transformation initiatives. Coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, consultants, and technology partners. Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Provide strategic guidance for ICT infrastructure and e-Governance solutions. Oversee project governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Ensure successful integration and operation of ICCC and other technology-driven urban solutions.

Preferred Skills

Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Deep understanding of Smart City ecosystems, ICT infrastructure, and e-Governance frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale public sector projects.
